Ordering and pricing

Who can order?

Licensed pharmacies (including compounding pharmacies), clinics, practitioners and distributors, and universities, government bodies and R&D facilities, with an approved trade account. Request access online and we check your details, usually within one working day.

How does volume pricing work?

Prices are per kit of ten vials. Breaks at 5, 10, 20, 50 and 100 kits apply automatically in your cart, per product.

Is there a minimum order?

No. You can order a single kit, and the price drops as you reach each volume break.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer, or on account once trade terms are agreed. Prices are in US dollars, excluding taxes and shipping.

Quality and COAs

Does every order come with a COA?

Yes. Every product in your order ships with the certificate of analysis for its lot.

What does the COA cover?

HPLC purity, LC-MS identity and mass, endotoxin (USP <85>), bioburden (USP <61>) and sterility (USP <71>), tested by an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited third-party laboratory.

Where do I find my COAs?

In My account, open the order. Each product shows its lot number with View COA and Download buttons.

Is the COA for the exact lot I receive?

Yes. Each COA is linked to the batch that made your kits, and the lot number is printed on your delivery note and invoice.

To the United Kingdom and the United States. Tell us if you need another destination.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Your order page shows its status, and tracking appears once it has shipped.

How do I reorder?

Go to My account, open a past order and choose Reorder.

How do I change my billing or delivery address?

My account, then Billing & shipping addresses. You can edit your billing address and add delivery addresses.

What happens when a licence is due for renewal?

We re-check licences every year. Upload the renewed licence and ordering carries on without a break.
