Thanet Labs Ltd · England and Wales
Terms and Conditions
Draft for review. These terms set out how we supply RE:PHAZE products to licensed practitioners and clinics. Adapted from the Thanet Labs trade terms.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed for RE:PHAZE products with Thanet Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"), through this site or directly with our team. By opening an account or placing an order you accept them on behalf of your practice or clinic.
2. Practitioner accounts
We supply licensed practitioners and clinics only. Accounts are opened once we have checked the licences, registrations and identifiers you provide, including your NPI and state licence where they apply. You must tell us promptly if a licence lapses, is suspended or changes. We may suspend ordering until an up-to-date licence is on file. There is no public pricing and no open checkout.
3. Use of products
RE:PHAZE cartridges are supplied for research use only and are not approved for human consumption. They have not been evaluated by the MHRA or FDA. You confirm that you will order, store and use our products only within the scope of your licences and the laws that apply where you operate. You are responsible for any onward supply.
4. Orders
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or by email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if stock is unavailable or verification is incomplete, and will refund any payment already made for goods we do not supply.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) or US dollars (USD) depending on your account country, and exclude taxes, duties and shipping, which are added where they apply. Payment is due before dispatch unless we have agreed account terms with you in writing, in which case invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice.
6. Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our United Kingdom or United States warehouse, depending on the delivery address. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery, and ownership passes once we have received payment in full.
7. Quality and certificates of analysis
Each batch is tested and released with a certificate of analysis, available to verified practitioners on request. Cartridges must be stored as stated on the label and certificate.
8. Problems with an order
Please inspect deliveries on arrival and tell us within 5 working days about any damage, shortage or error. If goods are faulty or do not match the order, we will replace them, credit or refund them. We cannot accept returns of goods that have been opened, activated, stored incorrectly or held outside our control, other than for a genuine defect.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our total liability for an order is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect losses or loss of profit.
10. Confidentiality and data
We handle personal data in line with UK data protection law and our privacy notice. We use the details you provide to verify your account, process orders and keep the records our licences require.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
12. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
